We are partnering with Global Healthcare Company to recruit a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Centra Europe region.

Our client is a global healthcare company committed to making life more rewarding and dignified for people who use our products and services. The company has been present in the Central Europe region through a distributor and is already recognized in the market. Now, they are building their own Sales and Marketing organisation in Poland from the ground up and opening a new office - an exciting time to join and shape the future.

As Senior HRBP, you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering impactful HR programs and fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to implement HR programs aligned with global strategy, including succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to meet regional staffing needs.
• Lead on employee relations, providing coaching and guidance to managers and associates.
• Oversee payroll and compensation in collaboration with external providers.
• Administer benefits and wellness programs to maximize associate engagement.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and liaise with internal/external legal counsel.
• Monitor local HR budget and maintain external networks to stay ahead of labor trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-8 years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of local labour law and global HR practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/MS preferred).
