What you will do:

At People Services, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large.

People Services Transformation team is a part of Global Center within Volvo Group People and Culture - People Services organization. We are 25 persons big and split into 3 groups. One of them consists of professionals being a part of the SuccessFactors product team - here is the place waiting for you.

You will join the stable team taking care of the SuccessFactors solution. There is a great opportunity to join the group working on Employee Central, recruitment, and onboarding modules at a very early stage, just after the implementation.

Who are you?

• Very good knowledge about the SuccessFactors Employee Central module
• Good understanding of the connections between SuccessFactors modules
• Good understanding of HR processes and environment
• Experience with agile ways of working / scrum methodology
• Know how to make the best use of Excel
• Proficient written and spoken English skills
• Analytical and disciplined way of thinking
• High level of energy
• Strong desire to learn

Nice-to-have competences:

• Experience with the implementation of any HR solutions
• Experience in SAP HR solution
• Experience in global communication with stakeholders
