Currently, we are looking for:
Senior HR Systems Analyst
As a Senior HR Systems Analyst, you will configure functionality and enhancement across Qurate Retail Groups HRIS portfolio. This includes systems such as Workday HCM and Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, Candidate Relationship Management tools, Business Intelligence, and other current or future global People systems tools.
Responsibilities:
- Understand how to best use in-house technologies and providing fit gap analysis. Define, analyze, and implement user requirements, and evaluate how the system supports short- and long-term goals. Additional responsibilities include researching industry best practices, supporting data and regulatory governance standards, and training Business liaisons on changes in systems and processes.
- Partner with People Function team members globally to understand current processes and improve our People Systems Technology solutions to solve business issues and improve adoption. Participate in analysis sessions with COES to determine business needs.
- Assess the companys enterprise needs and plan for changes in existing systems to meet these needs. Lead the research, design, implementation, and development of functionality and/or integrations within the Technologies in the People Systems portfolio and overall PCC Roadmap. Driving Solutions that will strengthen the Team Member Experience.
- Serve as the liaison with Qurate Retail Group Departments and other Stakeholders to ensure that they are fully supported with technological capacities and our business objectives. Support Workforce Analytics teams to create custom reports, Dashboards, scorecards and BI Capabilities.
- Partner with IT for technical design, testing, and delivery of secure data transfers between vendors.
- Review, troubleshoot and resolve daily data integrity or system issues. Regression testing of existing software during planned upgrades and vendor releases. Handles security, privacy, and authentication issues and involves other QRG Business Units when necessary.
- Maintain updates to documentation used by Tier 1/2 support teams of updates to system configuration and resolved issues. Serve as the People Systems liaison to Tier 1/2 Support teams; including daily guidance and support.
Important skills and knowledge:
- Understanding of software design, selection, and deployment methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to drive large-scale projects to completion.
- Great level of creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes in direction.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with the configuration of Workday , including complex condition rules, advanced reporting, and security design and administration.
- Experience working with sensitive data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
