We are looking for a Senior HR Site Coordinator for our client. As the first point of contact for employees and line managers across multiple construction project sites, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations. You will support the full employee lifecycle, handle day-to-day HR queries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and Polish labor law.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact on site for policy, procedure, and benefits queries.
- Manage operational HR processes (onboarding, probation, transfers, exits).
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle with CoEs.
- Administer contracts, HRIS updates (SuccessFactors), and compensation processes.
- Assist with workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and performance cycles.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and data integrity.
What we are looking for
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years HR experience in operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR processes.
- Experience in site/project environments (construction, EPC, manufacturing).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Availability to work 50% in Warsaw and 50% between 2 construction sites (~2h drive from Warsaw).
