* Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the organisations operational and project‑based needs
* Streamline and enhance core HR processes to improve efficiency and consistency across locations
* Introduce clear frameworks for roles and competency levels.
* Build development solutions for employees and managers
* Oversee HR systems and tools, ensuring continuous improvement and effective utilisation
* Support managers in people‑related decisions and organisational planning
* Coordinate HR activities across multiple sites and lead the local HR team
* Ensure compliance with internal standards and employment regulations
* Strengthen communication, onboarding, adaptation and performance‑related processes
* Drive initiatives supporting organisational change and optimisation of HR‑related costs

WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
* Minimum 5-7 years of managerial experience in HR
* Background in engineering, project‑based, technical, industrial, construction or design‑related environments
* Strong understanding of HR operations, including payroll oversight
* Experience in improving HR processes and implementing HR systems/tools
* Ability to design development frameworks
* High level of independence, resilience and credibility in working with senior leaders
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Very good command of English
* Willingness to work in a multi‑site organisation and travel regularly
