Senior HR Generalist

We are currently looking for an experienced (Senior) HR Generalist, who will join one of our international clients39 team.
Your responsibilities:

• Advise and coach team leaders in talent management, succession planning, learning and development, sensitive HR topics
• Lead recruitment processes, especially for senior positions
• Be an advisor regarding training opportunities for employees
• Support the review of the local benefits, manage contracts locally, observe market changes
• Cover all basic labour law aspects and maintain the required employee documentation
• Support promotion cycles and salary review
• Participate in the budgeting process
• Cooperate with an external payroll company, make sure that benefits and settlements with employees are calculated correctly
• Participate in implementing and driving global HR processes
• Supervise internal HR communication, make sure that employees are well-informed about important HR topics

• Master39s degree in HR management, business, sociology, psychology or comparable
• 3–5 years of experience on a similar position in a multinational environment 
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Proven experience in managing complex labour law issues
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience in working in a matrix organisation

• Contract via Hays Poland (min. 12-18 months)
