We are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist, who will join one of our clients team – an international leader in energy.

Your responsibilities:

1. Advise and coach team leaders in talent management, succession planning, learning and development, sensitive HR topics.
2. Lead recruitment processes, especially for senior positions.
3. Be an advisor regarding training opportunities for employees.
4. Support the review of the local benefits, manage contracts locally, observe market changes.
5. Cover all basic labour law aspects and maintain the required employee documentation.
6. Support promotion cycles and salary review.
7. Participate in the budgeting process.
8. Cooperate with an external payroll company, ensuring that benefits and settlements with employees are calculated correctly.
9. Participate in implementing and driving global HR processes.
10. Supervise internal HR communication, ensuring that employees are well-informed about important HR topics.

Requirements:

1. Masters degree in HR management, business, sociology, psychology or comparable.
2. 3–5 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational environment.
3. Fluent in Polish and English.
4. Proven experience in managing complex labour law issues.
5. Strong communication and analytical skills, with evidence of practice in a high level of confidentiality.
6. Good change management, facilitation, and coaching skills.
7. Experience in working in a matrix organisation.
