Job Description:

For our Client, Danone, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior HR Administrator with German. This role is part of the One Danone Business team in Warsaw, which delivers streamlined and efficient solutions to support various business functions across Europe. As a Senior HR Administrator, you will manage key HR processes, including employee lifecycle documentation, benefits, and compliance, contributing to the team’s mission of enhancing operational excellence and employee services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for physical document management and the preparation of non-standard ad-hoc documents, tracking and storing linked to the hiring and exit of employees, as well as any contractual changes made throughout their employment.
  • New hire contract, contract conversion or extension.
  • Notification letters/contract amendments for salary increases, promotions, work location changes, reassignments, leaves, terminations, no shows and any other job or personal data changes.
  • Benefits management, e.g., assigning employees to benefit schemes per their eligibility.
  • Collect required signatures.
  • Manage and review leaves requests and supporting documentation, misconduct and discipline.
  • Manage overtime/undertime and supporting documentation for time and attendance record.
  • Consolidate time records input for payroll.
  • Ensure data is updated in HR and payroll systems as needed.
  • Participate in projects to analyze and improve processes, implementation of new or upgrade of existing tools, review of ways of working.
  • Participate in audits, providing necessary evidence and answer process-related questions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding of ES and HR policies and processes.
  • Proficiency with Employee Services (ES) systems.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and German (B2/C1).
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
