Senior HR Admin & Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, updating and reviewing procedures, process descriptions and guidelines
  • Creating, updating and implementing HR documentation and forms
  • Active search for new solutions and improvements in HR processes (e.g., process automation)
  • Delivering the highest quality of service in personal administration and payroll operations by gathering, reviewing and preparing data for personal administration activities and payroll input
  • Running required controls of documentation and reports
  • Entering and updating data in HR and payroll systems
  • Preparing documents regarding employees’ life cycle and verifying employees’ work time evidence (time sheets)
  • Preparing reports, data for statutory reporting and ad‑hoc reports
  • Ensuring all data is delivered and processed in accordance with set deadlines
  • Providing substantive support for HR Administration and Payroll Junior Specialists and Specialists
  • Taking active part in local and global HR projects
  • Handling highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
  • Answering employees’ queries

Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration/Payroll area – including participation or leading projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Polish labour law and regulations (personal administration, work time, income tax, social security regulations, social fund)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good command of English
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stress resilience and ability to work under time pressure
