Candidates with over 5 years of experience in IT Support, demonstrating a track record of effective problem-solving in a remote environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver expert-level support for cloud-based and SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian products).
In-depth knowledge of data security and identity management best practices.
Excellent documentation skills and a passion for educating others.
Proficiency in English, at a B2 level or higher, is essential.
