responsibilities :
Lead high-level hardware design and component selection processes.
Develop product and test requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to our development and manufacturing partners during design, research, PCB layout, schematics, and production stages.
Ensure all technical aspects of hardware projects are understood and managed effectively.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from a hardware perspective.
Conduct thorough reviews and checks to ensure all hardware components and designs meet quality standards.
Take ownership and responsibility for the successful completion of hardware projects with regular reporting to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
Maintain organised documentation and project management records.
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in hardware design and project management.
Strong understanding of PCB layout, schematics, and production processes.
Understanding of product compliance assessment processes.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with international partners and teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
The ability to document work accurately.
Leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of projects.
Fluent English abilities in writing and speaking.
Experience with Wi-Fi integration, software integration & development, thermal management, and housing design is highly desirable.
