In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business and product teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle. You will support the Parts category on both our horizontal and vertical platforms. You will play a crucial role in translating technical concepts into business-friendly language, and vice versa, facilitating daily operations and fostering effective cooperation between teams.

You will focus on identifying new business opportunities and conducting in-depth market research to support product expansion and successful market entry strategies. A critical partner in product commercialization, the GTM Manager ensures strategic alignment across teams and smooth execution of the go-to-market initiative.

In a typical day in the role of Go To Market Manager, you will:

• Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and product teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Gather market insights and user feedback to inform product development decisions and strategy.
• Translate technical concepts and jargon into language that is easily understood by business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with category managers, product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into product features.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline workflows to enhance collaboration between business and product teams.
• Manage the external cooperation & contracts with partners and subcontractors who supply services for our buyers & sellers.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Proven experience in product management, project management, or a similar role within the tech industry. Preferably in a mass audience product.
• Strong understanding of the product development process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional planning & execution skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of the automotive market, preferably on the Parts, dealer/OEM side.
