Senior Graphic / Visual Designer Narvi.com is a licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI) based in Finland with offices in Helsinki, Warsaw, and Paris. We’re on a mission to make borderless business banking simple, secure, and scalable - powering companies across industries to move money smarter with Bank-as-a-Service , white-label IBANs , crypto OTC , and custom banking solutions . Your Mission Were looking for a talented Graphic/Visual Designer to help elevate our brand and product visuals. Youll create compelling assets that communicate trust, innovation, and ease-of-use to global business customers. This is a hands-on role with high impact in a growing fintech startup, perfect if you love clean, minimalist design with purpose. What you’ll do Design and produce high-quality visual content: brand graphics, social media assets, marketing materials, email campaigns, pitch decks, website visuals Maintain and evolve Narvi’s visual identity system Prepare print-ready and digital publication files (brochures, reports, compliance docs) with proper layout, typesetting, and export standards Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product Create motion graphics, short animations, or illustrations (nice to have) Ensure designs meet fintech compliance needs (clarity, accessibility, professionalism) while staying creative and on-brand Contribute to ad creatives, landing pages, and brand storytelling Stay curious and understand the differences between payment orchestration, BaaS, white-label banking, and traditional business accounts What we’re looking for 5 years of professional graphic/visual design experience, ideally in tech, fintech, SaaS, or digital products Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, typography, and marketing assets Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign for DTP/layout/typesetting, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (preferred) Excellent English communication skills (written verbal) Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving remote team with quick iterations Passion for clean Nordic-style design, and building trust through visuals Out-of-the-box thinker - no babysitting required.
