What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Google Ads Specialist to build and manage highly impactful Google Ads acquisition campaigns. You will have an enthusiasm for testing growth opportunities to drive conversions, revenue, and ROI. An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders are key to this role. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage a $1M+ budget and have a meaningful impact on the company’s performance.
The Ideal Profile
- 4+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization, including Google Display and Demand Generation; experience in Meta is a plus.
- Experience managing budgets of at least five digits per month.
- Autonomy and a strong ability to proactively generate impactful solutions.
- Strong focus on performance and delivering results.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas, feedback, and instructions to stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides); experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Clarisights.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary.
- Experience with other media buying solutions such as DSPs, paid social, native ads platforms, or Apple Search Ads would be highly beneficial.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, actionable plans.
- Track record of successful change and project management.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in leveraging data and analytics to make informed strategic decisions and optimize product performance.
- Passion for learning and self‑improvement.
- Ability to understand all metrics and processes, manage projects independently, adhere to best practices, achieve target ROI, scale and cut volumes, lead additional responsibilities, suggest improvements, analyze competitors, and make data‑driven decisions.
