responsibilities :
Develop clean, elegant, and reusable code that is well-tested and easy to maintain.
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the direction of Boxed’s engineering, keeping customer interests at the core.
Work across the backend chapter to uphold standards, best practices, and promote innovation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues collaboratively.
Mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert.

requirements-expected :
Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of Go software development.
Strong experience with microservices architecture.
Understanding of Kubernetes / Docker.
Excellent knowledge of AWS (deployment and configuration).
Experience working on highly secure applications.
Proven success delivering in an agile environment.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Understanding of how to translate business objectives into data-driven insights.
