responsibilities :
Architect & Build: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Go-based applications for internal and external clients,
Code Quality: Ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code through strict reviews and best practices,
Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a technical mentor for the team, supporting the Leader in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and guiding developers through architectural changes,
Innovation: Propose new ideas and select appropriate technologies to solve complex business problems,
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver value,
Testing: ensure reliability by creating comprehensive unit and integration tests.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Go (Golang),
Proven experience in designing and building distributed systems and microservices,
Strong understanding of various architectural patterns (e.g., Hexagonal, Clean Architecture),
Proficiency with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL,
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and gRPC,
Familiarity with the Gin Framework,
Experience with ElasticSearch and Redis,
English proficiency at a B1+ level (communicative).
