Most of our code is written in Go, so if you write exemplary code and know Golang inside out, you’ll feel like home. That said, you will be surrounded by experienced engineers that are keen to work with you. In times of AI-assisted coding it’s also important to be able to understand and work with code that has not been written fully by humans. But it is even more important to master the code base and improve it whenever required and find and replace low quality code with high quality.
requirements-expected :
Master’s degree in Computer Science or EE
7+ years of professional software development experience
Expert level programming skills in Golang (3+ years daily coding experience)
Experience with AI-assisted coding (e. g. Claude, Co-Pilot, Gemini)
Experience developing API driven architectures (e.g. REST, gRPC)
Outstanding knowledge in software design and design pattern of SaaS and Enterprise software
Outstanding knowledge of Linux and container solutions
Great team skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
