Were looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build a high-performance Order Management System. Youll join at an early stage and have a real influence on the product’s direction and success
responsibilities :
Develop clean, scalable microservices in Go
Help design the system architecture and core infrastructure
Work with PostgreSQL and Google Spanner to optimize data flow
Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability
Collaborate with DevOps/SREs on CI/CD pipelines and observability
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a modern Agile environment
Investigate and prevent production issues before they impact users
requirements-expected :
5+ years of backend experience, including 3+ years in Golang.
Deep knowledge of backend design, system performance, and distributed systems.
Strong experience with relational databases, especially performance tuning in SQL.
Solid understanding of microservices, cloud infrastructure, and containerized apps.
A mindset geared toward quality, pragmatism, and building things right from the start.
