responsibilities :
Ability to break down complex tasks into iterative steps with a focus on outcomes.
Experience working in a Scrum environment, including active participation in daily standups, retrospectives, and planning.
Familiarity with refinements, estimations (Fibonacci sequences), and collaboration with cross-functional teams (product managers, scrum masters, developers, designers).
Expertise in both automated and manual testing.
Advanced English skills for in-depth engineering discussions.
