We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Trial Lead (GTL) in Immunology to lead the strategic and operational delivery of global clinical trials in our Global Development Operations team. This high‑visibility role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Global Trials: Oversee the planning and execution of international studies from start to finish, ensuring excellence in timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive Project Success: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve study milestones and resolve challenges proactively.
• Strategic Oversight: Guide operational strategy, manage risks, and optimize budgets while upholding data integrity and patient safety.
• Mentor & Inspire: Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation.
• Shape the Future: Influence global best practices and contribute to organizational decision‑making on study and portfolio levels.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in Immunology therapeutics is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in clinical operations and project management within pharma or healthcare, including multi‑national trial leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex, global, multi‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Expertise in vendor management, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% globally as needed.

Based on your function, you may discuss with your manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two‑week period, with flexibility to choose days that align with collaboration needs.
