Senior Global HR Specialist, IG Group
Minimum compensation: starting from 10 000 PLN; the final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
Responsibilities
- Deal with HR queries/requests through the HR ticketing system and email in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes.
- Provide accurate and timely advice on HR processes and policies.
- Design, review and improve existing employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage HR data entry and process HR transactions in our HR data system (Workday).
- Prepare, sign and distribute accurate HR letters and documents.
- Maintain employee files in our online archive.
- Act as a first point of contact to IG employees, line managers and HR business partners on using our HR ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Support team members with more complex queries and projects.
- Collaborate with team members located in various countries.
Qualifications (Essential)
- Strong expertise in HR processes and understanding of the employee life cycle.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with Workday/Employee Central and HR case‑management systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
Nice to Have
- Expertise in other HR systems.
- Knowledge of Polish HR processes and labour law.
- Knowledge of EMEA HR processes.
- Experience participating in external and internal audits.
