Senior GL with English - new SSCMiejsce pracy: Gdańsk
Responsibilities:
Executing accounting operations in the Record To Report area (Bank Statements, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Intercompany, etc.) with high accuracy and efficiency, including daily tasks and Month-End Close activities
Overseeing complete accounting processes for legal entities, such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Inventory, Intercompany, and Treasury
Compiling the monthly Corporate Reporting Package, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Fixed Assets table, and Aging reports
Performing monthly Balance Sheet and P&L variance analysis
Creating and reviewing (approving) Balance Sheet reconciliations
Examining and approving journal entries prepared by team members
Engaging in process migration from Local Finance Teams to the newly established Shared Service Center
Maintaining accuracy and data integrity in financial reporting by complying with Internal Control System requirements
Our requirements
Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Min. 3 years of experience in accounting department (most preferably in RTR/GL)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel
Very good English
Proactive approach, continous improvement mindset
Very good analytical skills with attention to details
Very good communications skills, ability to build the business relationships
