Duties
Processes all GL journal entries (including tax, local GAAP and IFRS)
Support local GAAP, IFRS IAS, Tax & Year End Audit
Control of fixed assets and inventory
Calculate proposals for warranty and other provisions
FI/CO-reconciliations
Fact upload (validation & release)
Group Reporting/Disclosures
BS ad hoc reporting & analysis for SSU Management
Enter WEB TIS and Cash Flow Forecast to the system
Provide internal and external audit support
Provide backup for other positions within the General Ledger team
Follow all required monthly processing, ensure completeness within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA"s)
Identify and undertake continuous system and process improvements to ensure quality service delivery to key stakeholders
Work closely with the SSC EE Finance Head to set performance targets (KPI"s), work plans and mitigate identified risk areas
Candidate"s Profile
Fluency in English and German
Preferably experience gained in a Shared Service environment or in the international company
At least 2-3 years of experience within GL area
Familiar with ERP systems (preferably SAP) as well as good Excel skills
Analytical skills
Willingness to take initiative
Ability to build good partnerships with all stakeholders
