Position Description

1. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closing according to US GAAP/ IFRS standards
2. Review of GL accounts reconciliation
3. Facilitate intercompany reconciliations
4. Prepare cash reconciliations
5. Manage the fixed asset and real estate module
6. Preparing VAT, Intrastat and other reports required by group and local authorities
7. Analysis of variations in Balance Sheet and P&L statement
8. Participation in internal and external audits
9. Special projects as assigned

Position Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting or comparable qualification/experience
2. 2 - 3 years of professional experience in finance/ accounting
3. Good knowledge of international accounting standards (US-GAAP & IFRS)
4. Good command of English
5. Good command of Spanish will be an asset
6. Good skills in software applications (MS-Office)
7. SAP experience would be an asset
