What we expect

• Univeristy degree in accounting or related and/or qualification in finance or accounting (e.g. ACCA / CPA)
• 2+ years experience in general ledger accounting, or similar (SSC environment will be advantage),
• Understanding accounting standards,
• Knowledge of ERP systems,
• Experience with data analytics will be an advantage,
• Collaboration and communication skills,
• Fluent English and Polish including professional vocabulary,
• Other language will be advantage (German/Italian/French).

Your tasks

• Ensure that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards,
• Enter financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports,
• Perform account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct,
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger,
• Gather supporting documentation and performing record keeping,
• Support preparation of statutory statements, statutory and internal audits,
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting,
