• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Accountant) is a plus
• Several years of experience in accounting in senior positions, SSC experience is required
• Experience preparing financial statements according to international standards (IFRS) is desirable
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of numbers
• Detail-oriented and meticulous work approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) – German or other European languages are a plus

,[Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to local laws and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, HGB), Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in accounting and finance, Develop and establish process governance for GL accounting and month end closing process, Implement changes in tax legislation and accounting standards in close cooperation with Regional Finance, Manage the full general ledger accounting cycle, Regular reconciliation of all general ledger accounts (e.g., bank accounts, receivables, payables, provisions), Identify and correct discrepancies in posted transactions, Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly postings and closings, Prepare reports and analyses for management, and provide data for external audits and tax reviews, Support Regional Finance in tax reporting and collaborate with external auditors, Assist in budgeting and forecasting with accurate financial reports, Optimize accounting processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy, Support in the implementation of new ERP systems or accounting software Requirements: Degree, Accounting, IFRS, ERP, SAP, Excel, Analytical skills, Certified Accountant
