For one of our Client, we are looking for an experienced international general ledger accounting and financial reporting expert for European finance department based in Warsaw.

What we expect

• relevant experience in general ledger accounting,
• strong knowledge of accounting standards and procedures (US GAAP/IFRS), particularly revenue recognition, financial closing and statements
• univeristy degree and/or qualification in finance or accounting (e.g. ACCA)
• good knowledge of ERP finance,
• proficient knowledge of MS Excel,
• team-oriented pearson,
• highly organized, detail orientated and motivated,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• fluent knowledge of English (C1).

Your tasks

• ensure accurate general ledger accounts and reconciliations, particularly revenue recognition, intercompany accounting, fixed assets and partnership capital accounts,
• manage timely monthly and annual closing, working closely with other accounting teams,
• support US GAAP and local GAAP financial statement and consolidation preparation for several group companies,
• contribute to SAP process and policy improvements.
