Project: we are building a next‑generation solution that empowers retail and consumer goods companies to optimize their promotional activities and decision‑making. The platform collects and validates promotion data, analyzes effectiveness, plans calendars, enhances vendor collaboration, and leverages machine learning to maximize ROI. To further accelerate innovation, we are expanding the project with Generative AI capabilities—aiming to reshape how promotions are analyzed, planned, and negotiated through AI‑powered insights, automation, and intelligent copilots.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and prototyping of GenAI‑powered features for retail promotion optimization.
- Identify and validate high‑impact GenAI use cases (e.g., automated promotion insights, intelligent negotiation assistants, AI copilots for campaign planning).
- Build proof‑of‑concepts and drive them into production with engineering support.
- Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with client needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring cutting‑edge GenAI applications to the platform.
- Act as a GenAI evangelist within the team—educating, guiding, and setting best practices.
- Balance experimentation with delivery, ensuring prototypes scale into real business value.
Required Hard Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or related fields, with a strong focus on Generative AI / LLMs.
- Proven track record of independently driving AI initiatives from ideation to delivery.
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and model fine‑tuning.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, HuggingFace).
- Experience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers/protocols.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of end‑to‑end AI innovation streams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in distributed, cross‑functional teams.
Nice‑to‑Have Requirements
- Experience applying GenAI.
- Exposure to consulting environments or enterprise‑scale AI deployments.
- Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and ethical considerations in AI.
