Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Gameplay Animator to join our team. You will collaborate closely with Gameplay Designers, Programmers, and Technical Animators to create lifelike, immersive animations for playable characters. Your responsibilities include planning and crafting animation sets that bring our players to life, enhancing gameplay, and aligning with the games overall vision. Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver in-game animations using MotionBuilder, Autodesk Maya, and Unreal Engine as primary tools.
• Plan, prepare, and direct motion capture sessions.
• Establish and maintain animation asset workflows, folders, naming conventions, and organizational structures.
• Co-develop Player-related animation systems, including MotionMatching, animation graphs, procedural setups, and engine-specific data such as notifications and synchronization events.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with motion capture data and key-frame animation.
• Technical and artistic proficiency.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and body mechanics.
• Proven game development experience with at least one released title.
• Good understanding of gameplay design.
• Deep knowledge of Unreal Engines animation and gameplay systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Python or C++ scripting is a plus.

Working Mode

• Primarily from our Warsaw office, in full in-office or hybrid mode.
• Flexible working hours, start between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.
