your tasks

  • perform all daily fund accounting tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with procedures,
  • actively participate in internal or external projects, process migrations
  • prepare management and accounting reports
  • perform daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and preparing financial statements
  • prepare monthly/quarterly cash reconciliations for funds, customer files, including accrual calculations, as well as, monthly/quarterly valuations for funds,
  • maintain excellent relationships with business partners and customers,
  • proactively support a leader in all BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects,
  • respond to inquiries from internal or external sources regarding operations,
  • be a mentor to new employees

what we expect

  • min. 3 years of professional experience in private capital (private equity, real estate funds or debt funds)
  • fluent English speaker (min. B2+)
  • understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
  • analytical and problem solving skills
  • ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • excellent organizational & communication skills
  • willingness to take on new challenges and look for enhancements in existing processes
  • stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • showing flexible and self-driven attitude
