• Provide second-level functional support for Supply Chain, Financial, Maufacturing modules.
• Act as a functional reference for best practices in JD Edwards modules.
• Analyse business requirements and configure or specify enhancements aligned with the core model.
• Assess local legal and regulatory requirements and analyse their impact on the core solution.
• Work closely with local key users, JD Edwards consultants from other areas, the system integrator, and project/rollout teams.
• Prepare, execute, and validate functional tests.
• Maintain functional documentation: specifications, configuration documents, user guides, test scenarios, test plans.
