Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for complex patient support programs. Act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring scalable, compliant, and patient‑centric systems.
Key Responsibilities
Drive discovery workshops and blueprinting for enrollment, case management, benefit verification, and nurse triage.
Translate business needs into Salesforce Health Cloud designs, data models, and integrations.
Manage requirements, backlog, and ensure traceability across design, build, and testing.
Define integration flows with HUBs, specialty pharmacies, and patient ecosystems.
Lead KPI design for therapy initiation, adherence, and patient outcomes.
Oversee UAT, compliance (HIPAA/GDPR), and rollout planning.
Advise stakeholders on best practices in patient services and specialty therapies.
Requirements
5–8 years as Business Analyst/Techno‑Functional lead, with 3+ years in Salesforce Health Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud.
Strong background in pharma patient services, HUB operations, or specialty therapies.
Proven experience in workshops, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and user‑story writing skills.
Preferred
Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud certification.
Experience with global pharma clients.
Familiarity with AI‑enabled workflows.
