We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive the technical approach, work breakdown, execution, and delivery of projects in one of our Platform teams. You have the knowledge to tackle overarching strategic topics, influence the architecture, focus on performance & security, and advocate for best engineering practices.
This is a full-time position, where you can work remotely in Europe.

Participate in shaping new features by get your hands dirty in PoCs, breaking down technical scopes, and commence working on team deliveries.
At this point, you know the Adverity platform very well , both product and tech.
Participate in strategic cross-product engineering initiatives and help product development teams towards pragmatic technical decisions based on limited context, striving to constantly improve maintainability and reliability.
You increase your impact beyond your product development team to the whole engineering team & beyond.
Fluency in Python and (preferably) Django framework. Thorough knowledge and experience with front-end technologies, like Typescript and preferably React or Vue.js.
During your career you successfully mentored and coached engineers.
