- 6+ years of experience in backend development
- Be proficient with TypeScript, Node.js, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and the latest AI tools
- Have experience with React, ideally with Remix and tRPC
- Experience with Zod, Drizzle ORM, or tools like Grafana, Firebase, or ArgoCD is a plus
- Be pragmatic, team-oriented, and motivated to improve healthcare through technology
- A vibe-coding mindset
- Fluent English
