About the project

As a Senior Fullstack Java + React Developer you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution dedicated to creating cutting-edge technology solutions that streamline the developer experience. You will contribute to building platforms that automate dependency upgrades, streamline code refactoring, and ensure applications are always optimized for performance, security, and compatibility. Leveraging AI-driven tools, you will help transform large-scale distributed systems, improve development workflows, and enhance productivity for thousands of engineers worldwide, all within a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality applications using Java or React-Typescript
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
• Automate code refactoring, dependency upgrades, and migration processes
• Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance developer productivity and code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable systems
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and reliability
• Contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure as code solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices across the development lifecycle
• Work with containerization and cloud platforms to deploy and scale applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Our requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java or React-Typescript
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Proficiency with Git for version control
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience working with large distributed systems
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure as code
