We are starting a greenfield application, developed from scratch in close collaboration with a dedicated business team. The project is built in an Agile environment, with strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and delivering high-quality solutions.
English is the main working language of the team and is used daily during meetings and project discussions.
As a developer, you will be responsible not only for delivering clean, maintainable code, but also for ensuring a high-quality user experience on the UI side. You will actively participate in requirement analysis, breaking down business needs into user stories, and delivering end-to-end tested solutions.
Hybrid cooperation model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
responsibilities :
Design and develop fullstack solutions (backend and frontend) in a greenfield project
Implement scalable and maintainable backend services
Build modern, user-friendly frontend interfaces
Collaborate closely with the business team to refine requirements and user stories
Deliver end-to-end features including automated tests
Participate in Agile ceremonies and team discussions
Contribute to architectural and technical decisions
requirements-expected :
Java 17+ – 8+ years of commercial experience
React – 5+ years of experience
Spring Boot – 5+ years of experience
JPA / Hibernate – 5+ years of experience
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)
