We are looking for a proactive Fullstack Software Developer to take full ownership of backend (Python) and frontend (React) development during a project transition. The role includes migrating existing functionality, shaping frontend technical direction, and working closely with engineers in a distributed Agile team. Strong frontend expertise is critical for this role, as you will play a key part in shaping the technical direction and driving frontend decisions forward. Experience with Java or Kotlin will be considered a strong advantage, while familiarity with NumPy/SciPy is a valuable plus. Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python + React)

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (backend & frontend)
• Build frontend solutions using React and Material Design
• Develop backend services (Python) and RESTful APIs
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases
• Implement end-to-end testing (Playwright)
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and repositories using GitHub Actions
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and code quality
• Collaborate in globally distributed Agile teams
• Contribute to sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in the gas & oil industry

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong knowledge of Python, React, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with AWS infrastructure
• Experience with GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
• Familiarity with Playwright (or other E2E testing tools)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of full-stack architecture and REST APIs
• Interest in sustainable technology solutions
• Experience with NumPy/SciPy
• Experience with Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript backend
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency
