You write clean, efficient code, think in terms of architecture and user impact, and feel comfortable working across the entire stack - from API design to React components. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing knowledge, and improving how things are done - both in code and in the team. Opportunity overview You’ll join one of our core product teams working on a platform that aggregates, processes, and visualizes complex business data. The goal is to streamline operations, improve user experience, and support better decision-making through automation and well-designed interfaces. You’ll take part in designing and delivering new features, optimizing performance, and contributing to the evolution of our tech stack. Your impact zone •Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js •Develop frontend components with React and TypeScript •Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product owners to define and deliver high-quality features •Translate business requirements into well-structured technical tasks •Propose improvements in architecture, tooling, and development workflows •Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and mentoring less experienced developers Your responsibilities Work on both backend and frontend sides of the application Integrate external APIs and services Optimize code for performance, maintainability, and scalability Write unit and integration tests (Jest or similar) Follow and promote best practices (e.g. SOLID, DRY, KISS) Participate in Agile processes and continuous delivery Our requirements 4 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript in a fullstack role Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js Strong proficiency in React and frontend development patterns Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT) Experience working with cloud environments (preferably Azure) Comfortable using Git, Docker, and Linux CLI Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Good English communication skills Optional Experience with microservices architecture Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools Knowledge of security best practices Experience in mentoring or leading small teams This is how we organize our work Team size 4-7 This is how we work in house at the clients site you focus on a single project at a time you develop several projects simultaneously you can change the project you have influence on the technological solutions applied you have influence on the product you develop the code "from scratch" you focus on product development agile scrum Team members backend developer frontend developer fullstack developer This is how we work on a project Clean Code code quality measures code review design patterns static code analysis DDD architect / technical leader support Continuous Deployment Continuous Integration DevOps SysOps team-level deployment documentation Development opportunities we offer industry-specific e-learning platforms intracompany training substantive support from technological leaders technical knowledge exchange within the company What we offer BENEFITS: Regardless of the form of employment – Budget for your professional development (training and certifications).
