We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong Backend focus to join our dynamic Customer Success engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who has a proven track record of building end-to-end solutions and is passionate about delivering high-impact results. As a Senior Engineer, you will be expected to contribute to both the technical growth and the continuous improvement of the team. Your expertise will guide the team’s technical strategy and drive real-world problem solving.

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Node.js and Angular.js)

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the product team in an agile environment, focusing on outcomes rather than output.
• Actively mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of personal and technical growth.
• Take the lead on technical initiatives, driving discussions and solutions for both product and technology challenges.
• Moderate team sessions, helping the team overcome technical and process-related obstacles.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team by actively participating in self-organizing and high-performance team practices.
• Influence broader engineering initiatives by participating in cross-domain initiatives and Guild sessions.

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering roles, with a strong track record in full-stack development.
• Technologies & Skills: Node.js (strong expertise required) TypeScript (native proficiency) Nest.js Angular PostgreSQL
• Extensive experience in RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Practical experience with agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• A hands-on mentality toward both technical and organizational challenges, with a willingness to take the lead, challenge the status quo, and make decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Conversational German skills.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
