responsibilities :
To collaborate with a team of remote and hybrid engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable features for a rapidly growing SaaS platform built on Laravel (backend) and React.js (frontend)
To contribute to key architectural decisions, develop reusable APIs and UI components, and ensure best-in-class user experience for thousands of global users
requirements-expected :
5+ years of professional experience working with Laravel and React ecosystems
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience gained through hands-on work
Solid skills in developing web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8
Strong interest in UX design, interface aesthetics, and creating elegant, user-friendly solutions
Curious and proactive mindset — eager to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge across teams
Enthusiastic about automated testing and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate small engineering teams (3+ people)
Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting their professional growth and development
Previous background in product-oriented organizations with multiple cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success in driving engineering improvements that positively influenced other teams or the overall company
Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or rapidly scaling companies
Strong focus on users, paired with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of business English, in both spoken and written communication
