Must-have:
- 8+ years commercial experience in Senior / Tech Lead / FullStack roles.
- Expert C#/.NET (performance, memory, async, DI, pipelines) and solid backend design (DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture).
- Proven Azure architecture experience (deployments, networking basics, cost management, observability).
- Advanced SQL Server skills: query tuning, indexing, execution plans, partitioning, backup/restore, Availability Groups.
- Strong React (state architecture, performance) and good Angular experience (maintain/migrate legacy Angular apps).
- Practical experience modernizing legacy UIs: ASP.NET MVC, Razor, WPF, WinForms.
- Experience with WCF and migrating to modern protocols (gRPC / REST).
- ETL & reporting: SSIS, SSRS, Power BI (modeling, dashboards).
- Familiarity with Databricks / Spark for batch/stream processing.
- Solid CI/CD & automation practice including Jenkins pipelines; experience with GitOps/branching strategies.
- English level C1.
Nice to have:
- Kubernetes (AKS) operational experience, autoscaling and rollout strategies (canary/blue-green).
- Terraform advanced usage and ephemeral environment management.
- SSAS and advanced Power BI.
- Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark SQL pipeline design and optimization.
- Event streaming: Kafka / Event Hubs and event-driven integration patterns.
- Performance tooling (PerfView, BenchmarkDotNet, k6) and chaos engineering experience.
- Security by design: threat modeling, OWASP ASVS, zero-trust patterns.
- Experience migrating Jenkins jobs to pipeline-as-code and building internal developer platforms.
- Test automation and contract testing experience (xUnit, Jest, Playwright/Cypress, Pact, SonarQube).
