• We’re looking for the very first developer to join the client’s team. This means high visibility, strong responsibility, and direct impact on how the product grows. Most of the application logic lives in the front end (Vue.js), but there’s also a .NET back end that will evolve over time.

• We need someone who combines technical strength with strong communication skills. You’ll be the first developer on-site, so you must be able to represent the team, collaborate directly with business stakeholders, and set a high bar for future engineers.
• Location: Wrocław / Warszawa / remote from anywhere in Poland
• Contract: B2B / Employment contract

• Building and extending Vue.js features where most business logic resides
• Maintaining and gradually expanding the .NET back end
• Designing clean, maintainable solutions with attention to UI/UX details
• Reviewing requirements with stakeholders and suggesting better alternatives
• Ensuring quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Acting as the key bridge between the client and our engineering culture

• Senior-level experience with Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS
• Several years of commercial front-end experience, ideally on complex systems
• Practical knowledge of C# / .NET (junior–mid level) — enough to extend and maintain existing back end and grow with it over time
• Strong English, spoken and written — daily communication with business
• Excellent interpersonal skills — ability to explain, represent, and collaborate

• Hourly rate: 120-140 PLN net/hour (B2B) — negotiable depending on experience
• Flexible working hours and full remote freedom — or drop by our Wrocław or Warsaw offices if you like
