About the project
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with a product-focused mindset to join a long-term project in the maritime SaaS domain. The platform is designed to digitize and optimize ship management across technical, operational, and commercial areas. Youll play a key role in delivering intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces that support mission-critical workflows in a demanding operational context. This is an opportunity to bring your fullstack expertise into a product team that cares about architecture, usability, and performance. Your responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable, and accessible front-end applications using React and TypeScript
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and actively contribute to the platform’s design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across products
- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver polished, user-centric front-end experiences supported by robust .NET services
- Integrate front-end applications with Azure-hosted APIs, ensuring efficient data flow, real-time updates, and reliable communication with backend systems
- Apply and advocate for front-end best practices—covering performance optimization, maintainability, accessibility, and usability
- Contribute to backend development in .NET when needed to support front-end features, integrations, or architectural improvements
- Participate in architectural and technical discussions, influencing the long-term roadmap with a strong front-end perspective
Our requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, including significant hands-on work as a Fullstack Developer in SaaS or enterprise-grade applications
- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript, with solid experience in modern front-end development (HTML5, CSS/SCSS, responsive design)
- Proven experience in building and maintaining front-end architectures based on reusable components and state management
- Good working knowledge of .NET / C#, including designing and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services
- Solid understanding of asynchronous data handling, API integration, and performance considerations across the full stack
- High standards for UI quality, UX, and accessibility, with a strong user-centric mindset
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and modern development tooling across frontend and backend
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude, with experience working effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams
Optional
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred, or equivalent) and understanding of cloud-based application architectures
