• Join our Rite NRG team as a Senior Fullstack Developer and contribute to the core parts of a security & access control system by continuously developing new features and maintaining key parts of the entire solution. Our team has over a decade of experience developing and evolving robust systems trusted by Germanys largest state-owned enterprises across critical infrastructure sectors, including hospitals, nuclear power plants, airports, and the military. Your work will directly impact the safety and compliance of key public systems in sectors where reliability and resilience are critical - from hospitals and airports to military infrastructure. In this role, you will be working in a balanced 50/50 capacity across backend and frontend.

• Salary: up to 130 PLN/h net/B2B
• Location: Remote within Poland
• Project: Development and maintenance of a key part of the platform for security management and access control in critical infrastructure sectors.
• Key Technologies:
• Frontend: JavaScript, Angular 17, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
• Backend: Java 17 (Core Java, Servlets), Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring Security, etc.)
• Databases: MS SQL, Oracle
• Nice-to-have: Tomcat, Hibernate, NoSQL
• Other Tools: Git, JUnit, Mockito, REST API design & integration

• Develop frontend components and applications using Angular 17 and other modern web technologies.
• Develop and maintain Java applications using the Spring framework (Spring Core, Spring Security).
• Optimize frontend performance to ensure smooth, high-quality user experiences.
• Create clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and offer feedback to improve team code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Provide technical support to product management and sales during requirement analysis.

• Experience developing backend, Java-based web applications, preferably using the Spring framework (Spring Core, Spring Security, etc.)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with frontend development using Angular 17 or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with building responsive, user-friendly, and accessible web interfaces.
• Understanding of modern frontend architecture and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (min. B2+) and Polish.
