Senior Fullstack Developer (Java, React)

About the project
Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/MD on B2B
Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 3 days per week from the office)
You will be involved in a financial project Structured Loan Manager / Covenant, developed by a Structured Finance team in Poland. The application is a greenfield project that is just starting. There is a close and dedicated business team responsible for delivering requirements. The team works in an Agile setup with a strong focus on collaboration and high communication.
As a developer, you will work on both backend and frontend development, with responsibility for delivering code as well as a good user experience in the UI. The role also includes breaking down requirements into stories and delivering end-to-end tests.
Your responsibilities
- Developing backend and frontend features within a greenfield application
- Designing and implementing high-quality user experience in the UI
- Collaborating closely with the business team on breaking down requirements into stories
- Implementing application changes and improvements
- Preparing and executing end-to-end tests
- Actively participating in Agile ceremonies and team communication
Our requirements
- Java 17+ - minimum 6 years of commercial experience
- Spring Boot - minimum 5 years of experience
- JPA - minimum 5 years of experience
- React - minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience working in Agile teams
