We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join a long-term project in the banking and finance sector. This is a hybrid role, with 80% focus on Java and 20% on React. You will be working on enterprise-grade applications, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Information:
Onsite requirement: 3 days/week in Kraków office – non-negotiable
Project duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
Recruitment process: Minimum 3 interview stages
Mandatory Time Away: Up to 10 days/year (likely during December holiday season)

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and React
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver features
Implement solutions following TDD and BDD methodologies
Work with Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, and JMS
Optimize SQL queries and ensure database performance
Apply best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
requirements-expected :
Fluent English and Polish (spoken & written)
6+ years of professional experience in fullstack development
Strong Java expertise (core and advanced concepts)
Proficiency with React
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate
Knowledge of Kafka and JMS
Skilled in Git version control workflows
Experience with TDD and BDD
Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
