We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in building the next generation of enterprise-grade applications and cloud platforms. You’ll design, develop, test, and scale highly available distributed systems and backend services while contributing to frontend development when needed. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive architectural decisions, mentor peers, and bring innovation into complex SaaS environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on full stack or backend platform development.
• 4+ years building large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS applications with a focus on backend frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of cloud-native services.
• Strong command of an object-oriented language, preferably C# (Java or similar also acceptable).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and high-concurrency systems.
• Experience designing or delivering core platform components such as:
  • API gateways
  • Authentication and identity management
  • Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Workflow orchestration and job scheduling
  • Search services (e.g., Elasticsearch)
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and transactional flows.
• Proficiency in testing practices, including unit, integration, and automated functional testing.
• Familiarity with service-oriented and serverless architectures.
• Understanding of internet security principles in software design and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Passion for engineering excellence through automation, code quality, and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft).
• Background in FinTech or financial services domains.
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as Apache NiFi.
• Experience with search technologies (Elasticsearch or similar).
• Exposure to API management tools such as Apigee or Okta.
