Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play pivotal role in the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of our software solutions. Your duties will include everything from designing and implementing server-side applications to crafting compelling user interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers to ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready. We encourage the use of Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years professional backend development experience; or
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 3 years professional backend development experience

Backend Development:

• Expertise in Java 17+
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security
• Experience with Maven for project building
• Experience with SQL databases
• Knowledge of JUnit, AssertJ and Hamcrest

Frontend Development:

• Expertise in Angular 2+, TypeScript, RxJS
• Proficiency in Node.js
• Proficiency with Angular Material
• Experience in Cypress for E2E Testing
• Understanding of modern IAM concepts including OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Knowledge of writing cross-browser compatible code

General Development:

• Cloud native application development
• Proficiency in Git & GitHub (including pipeline development)
• Experience with CI/CD process and tools

DevOps & Infrastructure:

• Kubernetes, Helm

System-Level Skills:

• Bash/Shell scripting

Soft Skills:

• Strong English communication (B2/C1 level)
• Proven experience in enterprise environments
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a distributed team

Value-Add / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Hibernate/JPA
• Event-driven architecture & Kafka
• Microservices architecture principles
• Python scripting
  
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools
• Logging & monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Security best practices (OWASP Top 10, secure coding)
