We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to support our client from the gaming industry with building the next iteration of internal tabletop product development tools. The team is tasked with a challenge to completely rewrite a high-traffic website.
The new stack is set up on microservices written in Go with Next.js as the frontend framework.
responsibilities :
Participating in problem-solving sessions to understand the creative studios biggest challenges and opportunities
Contributing to innovative solution-space brainstorming sessions
Producing prototypes to prove feasibility
Architecting, designing, and developing horizontal services - search, notifications, commenting, task management, etc.
Collaborating with other engineers to produce detailed documentation for the team, live operations, architects, network engineers, SREs, end users, and system administrators
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer, with an emphasis on the backend
Proficiency in Go and TypeScript
Proven experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably Next.js
Good knowledge of AWS, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, REST and/or GraphQL API development, data modeling, PostgreSQL
Experience in test automation and writing unit tests
Fluency in Polish and English
