Technologies-expected : Vue.js Nuxt.js React Angular about-project : We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Web Developer to join our Tiugo DX team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and optimizing the new website properties for Butter CMS and Uploadcare, two dynamic Saa S brands. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of website development—from building an MVP for a brand-new website to iterative optimization and A/B testing. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for clean, scalable code, attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to technology selection. You’ll collaborate with a small but focused team to shape the online presence of two high-impact Saa S products. This role reports directly to Tiugo’s Technical Website Manager. responsibilities : Website Ownership: All front-end development, performance optimization, and technical ownership of the Butter CMS and Uploadcare websites. MVP Development: Develop a new website from scratch, using designs and content provided by the marketing team, focusing on a minimal viable product (MVP) approach, with ongoing optimization and iteration. Headless CMS Integration: Own the technical integration of the Butter CMS platform into the site, in order to enable updates by Marketers/Content team using the CMS technology. JS web frameworks: Use of JS frameworks for post-launch maintenance. A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement and manage A/B testing experiments to continuously improve user experience and conversion rates. Agile Development: Collaborate in sprints, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals. Code & Environment Management: Maintain strong Git practices and ensure robust environment management for development, staging, and production workflows. Collaboration: Work independently while staying aligned with team goals and contributing to a collaborative, solution-focused work environment. requirements-expected : Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a full-stack Web developer, with a strong focus on front-end development. Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms (Butter CMS preferred but not required). Proven experience with JS web frameworks: Vue, Nuxt.js, React, Angular. Familiarity with e Commerce/self-service solutions and principles. Strong version control and environment management experience. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and execution. Self-starter with an independent, proactive work ethic. Excellent attention to detail and a sense of ownership over projects. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and iteration. offered : This positions total monthly compensation package range is 18 000 PLN - 24 000 PLN.
